425 NORTH 400 WEST, SALT LAKE CITY, uTAH

Mountain West Hard Cider contracted with Richardson Quann Associates, Architect Brian Junge and designer Carrie Snyder to design and construct Utah’s first and only hard cider brewery.  Capitol Hill Construction completed this budget driven warehouse conversion into cider production facility, tasting room and entertainment venue in relatively short time.  Upgrades included process plumbing, electrical, mechanical, a drive in cold room, and substantial ADA upgrades.
