Our remodel and addition to the residence of designer Robert Brain is a seldom seen, but highly acclaimed project by the design-build team of Richardson Quann and Capitol Hill Construction. The project restored an important mid-century modern home in Salt Lake County and rectified a series of poorly designed additions. New courtyards added privacy to this steel and glass masterpiece and a new master suite was skillfully incorporated into the rigid 3x3 design grid of the original home.
